Teal Christmas

Hello all.  Today I'm sharing a card for this weeks challenge at Catch the Bug.  The first Saturday of each month is Anything Goes!  So to get a jump start on this year's Christmas Cards, I made this:
I'm featuring Bugaboo Stamps Christmas Trio Blocks - only using one block.  The background is a paint sample swiped from Home Depot long ago when deciding on paint for my living room.  The sentiment is from a Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin kit and the die cut is Sizzix.  So join in this week!

This meets the following challenges: Crafting With Friends: Anything Goes, Jingle Belles: Let the Flakes Fall Where They May, If You Give A Crafter A Cookie: Photo Inspiration, and Simply Papercraft: Always Anything Goes.

OMG!!! You rock. I have taken samples but not even thinking of the groups of 4 shades.....how dog gone clever. I see everyone using these strings. How do you get them to keep their shape? It's very cool and I LOVE your card; however, I'm not ready to start on Christmas...haha You should be finishing up touches for one little lady's birthday party....haha

Lovely! and clever! I've entered a few challenges in the past where the challenge was to use paint chips from the store. I once made them the base for a whole mini album!

The teal is gorgeous, and I love your card.

Hi Lola, boy do I like this card, the colours rock and of course the Bugaboo image is too cute. Wonderful colouring and good for you on completing your first Christmas card of the 2017 season :O)! I'm also trying to do this, have got one card done but have not published it yet.

This spells CUTE!!!! What a charming card! I have a few of those samples, too - that is one of my favorite parts of painting, those little swatches! Brilliant to use it on a card - way to repurpose! I love ALL of those colors of blue - which one did you chose? Sensational snowman card ♥
